Messaged a handful of times, they said they were going to send another one, and I never received the tracking information for that even though I messaged asking for it. Bought this LED sign does its job as intended but I replaced the 12vdc power adapter to a 6 volt because I felt that it was too bright to see the face.Works well now I can the sign and light is a nice glow.
