They are called the Neon Factory not the LED factory , I thought I would get a true neon sign, No it's an LED with quite nice remote control and multiple colors and settings . So it would have been fine if it didn't take 2 months to deliver. Yet they claim it takes one week.

Please contact me, I did not receive adapter or remote!! Please help
