Neon-factory will accept items that are in new, unused condition! We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. For a full refund or exchange, email email@example.com or call us at: +1 205-772-8182. Then mail out your item within 30 days of original order. We'll credit back the full amount of the item. Boom!
